Every tortilla we serve is made in-house, one at a time, by hand. Inspired by the traditional tortillas chihuahuenses, ours are soft, fluffy with a slight crisp, warm, and pressed individually per order for unmatched freshness.

House-Made Chorizo
Our signature Red Pork and Green Chicken chorizos start with a proprietary spice blend created in-house. This recipe is exclusive to Masa y Taza that are balanced, aromatic, and crafted to bring out bold, unique flavors in every bite.

Daily Produced Salsas
All of our salsas, from Crema Jalapeño to Tomatillo Salsa Verde, are made daily in our kitchen using fresh ingredients. No bottles, no shortcuts. Just vibrant, handcrafted flavors that pair perfectly with every taco, burrito, and breakfast dish.
